Advance Air

Able was very professional and courteous. His workers were polite and efficient. Called them late on the 10th and it was fixed the next day. Will definitely call them again.

They did great work and were timely. I was satisfied.

The owner, Able Adame, is the most dishonest and shady person I have ever come across. Especially being the owner. He was called to fix my HVAC unit that was not cooling which he did and we paid him. He said we had a one year warranty on the job he did. Two weeks after, we called him to let him know that the HVAC was not cooling (which was the reason he was there two weeks prior). He told us that he would be there in two days. I tried to explain to him that two days was too long to wait without air in a restaurant. He said that was the only time he could come. Two days came and he never showed up. So I called him and as soon as he knew who was on the phone he hung up the phone. I called him back and he never picked up my calls. I kept calling him for two weeks sometimes he would answer the phone and when I spoke he would hang up the call. So I decided to use a different phone number and he answered and acted like we never spoke before. Then a few mins into trying to reintroduce myself he then all of a sudden remembered who I was and then said that the issue we are having is not related to the job he did (without having to inspect the HVAC unit) told him yes it is, the HVAC was not cooling and that was what he had come to fix the first time. Then he said that the landlord needed him to fill out some documents before he could be allowed on top of the roof to fix the HVAC. I told him the landlord only needed his certificate of insurance only (which I had confirmed with the landlord). Then he said ok he would come fix the HVAC but not for another three days. We can't wait three days in 102 degree heat and he still may not show up like he did two weeks ago. So please save yourselves the headache and money and never use Advance Heating and Air condition. Able Adame will rip you off.

Mr. Adame called minutes after i hit enter on the request. He offered to come out that day instead of two days later as scheduled. He did a great job. The AC is nack up and the family loves me again!

Dealing with Advance Air was a good decision. Mr. Adame was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and use his company again.

One of my central AC units was not working, so I called Advance Air. Abel arrived on time at my home. He did a complete check of the system that wasn't working until he found the issue. As he was checking things out, he would explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. He answered every question I had and was very professional. I will be using Advance Air from now on and recommend them to anyone who needs their system checked or repaired.

I felt the tech was knowledgeable and explained everything. I called Friday at 5pm and they called right away and came the next morning as discussed between 9-10am.. Tech came at 9:35 and replaced my AC unit . Called in for equipment and extra help and completed AC install by 4pm!!! I totally recommend Advance Air!

The project came out great on time very professional
