A service person named Yuri called, arranged to inspect our problem the same day, arrived, did the necessary inspection, and estimated the cost of repair. We decided not to repair, and paid a reasonable fee for the service call.

Very prompt and helpful. Replaced some pieces on my dishwasher that were the cause of the problem. Unfortunately, the problem returned but they were very responsive and came back to fix it the next day. Hopefully that will do the trick and my dishwasher will continue to work. Would recommend their service.
