Quick response, honest assessment, honest on phone about true pricing, did not try to up sales on site. Very competitive quote. Came out on time, was professional and did an absolutely marvelous job and got rid of 100% of stains, including pet stains. Excellent service! I will definitely call them again. I work for a builder and have included his details in our service files.

I received a call from Tim Dobeck within 5 minutes of running my search in Service Magic. He came out to my house to do a walk-through and has offered me a fair price. He is also very accommodating about my schedule. I had just had my carpets cleaned by another company right before running the search in Service Magic, but I plan to have Tim come out to clean my carpets in April.
