He was very professional, as was his crew. He followed up on his work. In spite of this being a week long project the crew cleaned up every day before they left. I would hire them again.

Patrick and his team performed a great job. He and his crew showed promptly at the time he stated he would. They were courteous, cleaned up, and left everything the way they found it except for the new fence which is awesome. The cash or check only deposit caused some concern but this helped him keep cost down and provide quality materials and craft. I felt at ease after meeting him in person and believe others who are a good judge of character will also.

The work was estimated to last from 8am to about 3 or 4 pm. The crew didn't leave until almost 8pm. They did a great job, but it took a very long time and they left a little mess behind as well as paint spatter on some of the hardwood. Easy to clean up though since it's water based.

Main contractor shows up on time, skilled contractor a little later. Very careful with the work area, used drop clothes and plastic to cover everything. A little hiccup with the texture applied, but they corrected it to look just the way I asked them for originally. Will consider them for the next sheetrock project.

Patrick's crew replaced Sheetrock for me after plumbing company had to cut out Sheetrock for pipe replacement. Advance Construction did an excellent job, were courteous and careful. The ceiling repair is flawless and not noticeable at all. I am very pleased for their work. And Patrick made sure the job was done right. I will have them work for me again!

Patrick and his team did an awesome job. Patrick was easy to get a hold of, had good prices, and was very dependable. They tore out and replaced ceiling sheet rock and after they left it looked better than when it was new. I will definitely be using them again.
