Advance Fence Company

I hired Advance Fence Company to provide lawn care (mowing and trimming throughout the summer). Their work is sporadic with the lawn often at least a week's past needed mowing. Currently it has been over two weeks since the lawn was mowed and it looks terrible. When I contacted them to ask about my lawn, I got their answering machine, but no one ever returned my call. I called again and was told "the lawn mower is broken." The person told me the owner would call me, but I have received no call. In my twenty years of home ownership this is the worst service I have worked with.

Gave me a quote. Delayed the work for weeks (four weeks, then another three, then asked for 1/2 down). Cashed my check, more delays, then never showed until I demanded a firm date. I even took time off work and paid for the permit. Then, they cancelled. The reason? Part of the quote was to clean up brush along the old fence and remove it. They decided it was too much work, though they would gladly keep my money while I found someone else to do the work I hired them to do, then put up the fence for me. I hired them because they quoted the clean up work as well as the fence. Not my fault they quoted it the winter. If they would have done the work in early May instead of pushing the work off for 8 weeks. Yeah. plants grow in the spring, but a man should keep his word and honor his quote. By cashing my check, they reaffirmed the original quote, even if was more than '30 days' old - they could have re-quoted it before accepting my check. But didn't.

Advanced Fence Company was great to work with. They were quick and efficient and communicated any changes to us. I would definitely recommend.

Hired them to repair some chain link, put a gate in my current fence since I have required half the vacant lot next to me and add an additional fence to my new property line. Very professional did a fantastic job, cleaned up the job site . Will hire them again to put up some more chain link fence.

Jeremy installed new chicken wire and fixed several broken rails in our fence. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend his company.

We are extremely happy with the work Jeremy and his crew did in installing our vinyl fence. He worked with us to get the exact fence we wanted even though it was not offered by his usual supplier. They arrived promptly and put in full days of work. One concern we had after day one of the install was rectified to our satisfaction before the job was completed. He had a plan on how he was going to install some posts through our concrete pad and when the pad turned out to be much thicker than anticipated he didn't deviate from the plan. I would recommend Jeremy to anyone in need of any type of fence. He is someone who cares about the quality of his work, the end result and the satisfaction of the customer.

Existing chain link fence was replaced and neighbor's fence was replaced so more time to dig out old before installing new. Quality was excellent and Jeremy was always interested in your opinion......he wanted it right the first time.
