Do not hire them for the following reasons: very undependable, job not completed on timeline promised, and provided plenty of excuses for not getting job done. I understand there are unexpected issues but with Advance Maintenance they just would not return phone calls. I went a week and a half without a returned phone call. It was so bad that I thought they took my money and walked away. I had a realtor from Lafayette, PAT ( SHE IS THE BEST), and after many phone calls from her, they finally responded. I really believe if PAT didn't get involved, the work would not have been done. Speaking of the work, it was TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP. Where do I start: the doors that they put on would not shut, baseboards not put back, and paint splattered on the walls. He calls his COMPANY a professional????? It gets worse. Do not give this company your business.
