I had bids from two of the 3 above. One is still working up a bid. The gentleman from Advance showed us what the problem was and gave me instructions on how to fix it ourselves. I am totally impressed with his knowledge, honesty and response time. I will definitely choose him to do future work as the need arises. Advance is excellent!
