The Best, Great Team..

Do not use this company. They are scammers and crooks and will cause you to lose everything. I went through a devastating house fire and lost everything and they have made the situation a total nightmare. It?s been almost 2 years and I have no house and no relief in sight. I feel victimized all over again. It?s ruined my faith in humanity. Please save yourself the grief and use anybody else. Do not use this company. The owner is a crook.

Finding our basement was flooded, we called Advance Restoration. They were out within a few hours and handled everything from removing water, drying out basement, applying anti microbial to walls & floor, bringing in a contents company to handle all our basement contents as well as restoration of our basement. More importantly, they had our back in dealing with Insurance. Everyone within the Advanced Restoration Team has been kind, courteous & empathetic to what weâ ve gone through. From Bryan(mitigation manager), Spencer(CEO), Daryn, Jimmy and Aleesha we canâ t say enough good things. Also a shout out to Grant, AJ, Colin & Donald who worked efficiently & non stop as if it was their home. I highly recommend Advance Restoration without hesitation.

I had a water and mold issue. They started right away after there assessment in which I was informed on what had to be done. The staff was very friendly. There was good communication as to what they were doing and what had to be done to completion. They were very professional and did a fine job. Great company.

Ridiculously overpriced, manipulative, dishonest, and terrible work. As soon as they realize you have an insurance claim, they charge the highest amount possible. That is just the beginning. Long story. Back in November, I had some water damage to my floor in my kitchen due to a dishwasher leaking. As a female, I went through home advisor trusting I would receive proper repair work from a reputable company. The man was I wrong and definitely fooled. I will no longer go through Home Advisor as this is the second terrible experience I have had with them as well. Advance Restoration LLC brought in dehumidifier machines and left them here for 2 1/2 weeks, meanwhile, I had to wash my dishes in the tub for those 2 1/2 weeks. They told me to keep them running the whole time and that my insurance company will take care of the cost of my electricity bill. That was false. They finally came to install the subfloor after it was dehumidified. They did not cut the subfloor correctly causing a section of the underneath and insulation to be exposed. The biggest issue was they literally laid the subfloor over the heat vent opening with the heat vent and all! Unbelievable! We had to correct this ourselves. We had to pull all of the floors back up and cut a hole for the heat vent. Their drywall guy did not do a good job either. He did not put drywall all the way down to the floor on the end. This caused a gap between the floor and wall exposing the inner wall causing a significant draft. The cost of this work was 4,200 according to their invoice. I paid this believing this was all done correctly and that I was doing the right thing by paying them. I did no realize the job was done horribly until I spoke with my father who is out of state and sent him pictures. It was too late by then though because they were already paid. They then sent me an invoice for over 9,000$ to install flooring. Their pricing for labor and flooring was ridiculous. This was after waiting a month for them to finally schedule floor install. At that point, they had already breached their own contract terms that if work is held up for 10 days, the contract is breached. So at that point, I fired them and hired them elsewhere for the flooring install portion. So overall they wanted over 14,000$ for a small section of floor in my kitchen. That amount of money could renovate my whole kitchen! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE AT EVERY TURN IF THEY CAN!

A pipe burst in my bathroom with damage to the kitchen. Spencers team was on-site an hour after our meeting. His team worked with efficiency being respectful of my home with a pleasant attitude. My house was secured, removing damaged materials and initiating the drying process that took between 3-4 days with oversight by his team. My floors were protected and the house left clean with all garbage removed from the site. He also worked with the ins. co. providing all information and resolution of the claim. Working with a friendly and professional team helped take me to go from a nightmare to a deep sigh of relief that I was in good hands. I would recommend Advance Restoration (Spencer Yaklin). I feel they went beyond my expectations to get it right.
