Scammers - SOLAR CLIENTS BEWARE. Paid this company to "commission" my solar system. Tech couldnt even get the system connected to wifi! He wasted a ton of time with me over the phone, I have video feed of his sitting in his car for 22 minutes straight, all time of which i'm being charged for. He didn't even get the system registered to my name on the Enlighten App! He tells me i have 24 total panels when in fact i have 38 panels, proving the guy didnt even get up on the roof. He knew nothing and literally did zero part of the "commissioning" of the system, leaves without telling me what he did or didnt do, i'm thinking the job is done until the lady behind the desk calls me in more than a harrassing manor to collect payment. She explained a bunch of nonsense to me (come to find out once I hired a new company who actually knew what they were doing) that I had to pay another near $1400 (invoice recieved) to get the system up and running so that I can see it online etc etc. I denied the

Brian did a great job coordinating all aspects of the project. He expedited the permitting with the city so the project could be completed before year end. The installation team was professional, respectful, and did a great job! The install looks very good on our room. No leaks after our recent 7.5â rainfall. The system is generating power, with all panels performing equally well. It will take some time to learn how much to expect with cloudy days, and shorter winter days vs. summer sun, but it appears to be operating as expected. I look forward to more data as the system has time to operate.

Brian Reznor and his dedicated crew are the best all around technicians and sales force I've seen yet in the Fort Meyers area. They go above and beyond to find the right equipment and installation to fit customers wishes. They had become good friends and I trust them to look out for our best interests in every instance. There are not enough stars provided to equate to the service and care they provide to their clients.

The process was super easy! Bryan, our sales rep worked wonders for us! We have had the system for over a year now and are 1000% pleased. All of our installers were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and explained the system and how it operates, I would highly recommend them.

Once we had the new roof installed almost a year had passed when I called Advanced Solar and scheduled the install of our upgraded system. Throughout the whole process things went well from the follow up calls with sales guy Roberto through the office staff to the installers all was highly commonable. The work was done quickly and neatly, the installers knowledgeable and helpful, they were able to explain how to get the best out of the system and we are now enjoying a much warmer pool without use of the heater.
