Advanced Clean Air Solutions provides certified mold testing, mold inspection, black mold testing, and indoor air quality testing in Santa Barbara, Ventura, Goleta, Montecito, Carpinteria, Isla Vista, Ojai, Camarillo, and Oxnard. Our certified mold inspectors use EPA-certified laboratory analysis to detect mold, black mold, mildew, fungus, bacteria, VOCs, allergens, and particulate matter that trigger allergies, asthma, and respiratory issues. We test residential homes, rental properties, commercial buildings, and multi-family units. Services include pre-purchase mold inspection, post-remediation testing, HVAC and duct mold testing, water damage mold testing, and indoor air quality assessments. From customer service, to testing your property, to comprehensive and easy to read results, with 1:1 report review, this team is the best. Sid was very professional and well prepared for our meeting. I was able to see the problems with air quality, and he offered a solution that worked. The air quality in my home improved greatly as a result of his findings. It is really pretty amazing that good air quality can make such a difference in my family's health. It was especially helpful when two members of our family got COVID and the air purifier he recommended helped to protect other family members who did not get sick. I would recommend this service.
