Jay showed up a few minutes earlier than promised and began work immediately. He was careful not to damage items on and around the exterior of the home and did a thorough job of cleaning all brick sides, some siding and the driveway. Because it is an older home, I was pleased that he used a milder pressure in order to avoid possible damage to the time worn surfaces. He charged a good price for the work performed.

Thank you ACS. Jay was always so punctual - both in giving me an estimate and also in starting his job. The hot water pressure washer equipment just blasts out the mold and am very pleased with the result. Jay is also very thorough and I would definitely recommend their service.

I think the most impressive part of the project was when the owner noticed that he may not be able to get our project looking the way we wanted. Instead of finishing the job and collecting his fee, he called to confirm that we wanted to continue on. They did a great job!

"We arrived and got set up - started washing the brick and granite wall and noticed that the dark stain was not coming off the granite as was desired - I called my client and advised him as such - I didn't want to do the job, invoice them, and then have it look like we didn't do anything! We did get the wall much cleaner than it was - We also were successful in removing a lot of tree sap and mold"

Jay was very responsive, prompt, courteous and professional. Plus, he made a special effort to keep my gate locked after each time he was here... so my little dog wouldn't have the chance to escape. I will definitely use him again!
