Because of a delay at a previous project, the workers arrived late but they did phone to let me know they would be late. Once here they worked hard and did a thorough job cleaning the ducts and disinfecting the area. They left the premises in neat and clean condition. I would recommend them again.

Advanced Air did a great job. They were clean, neat and thorough. They did not get anything on my furniture or carpeting. They were priced very reasonably compared to the other service choices who were priced higher.

The service man, Steve was very good, however I feel that the Co. was very expensive for what they did and the length of time they were here. 3.5 hours cost me over $ 100.00/per hr.

I was generally satisfied with overall work, but unhappy on 2 points: 1) emp' left a lot of dirt/debris in basement that I had to vacuum up myself; 2) he damaged (dent from end of brush)a built-in furniture-quality cabinet when brushing down air-returns in wall above. I have yet to have damage repaired, but it will probably run ~$50-100 or so. If I had it to do over again, I'd get competitive quotes from other contractors and also emphasize post-work cleanup and avoiding any damage to furniture/woodwork.
