Jeff called me a second time to request putting in a bid for the job, and I spoke to him about price. He diagnosed the problem with the oven over the phone, and after the other company came out, their diagnosis was the same. Jeff's price was much lower than the other company's and so I hired him without meeting him. I felt he was up front and willing to guarantee his price with no questions asked. I was very satisfied with the work done, and the tech was very efficient and completed the repair in a short time. I would hire them again, definitely!

Advanced Appliance was quick to schedule an appointment with me and accommodated me with a Saturday appointment. The technician was knowledgeable and very neat in his work. After explaining that a part needed to be ordered on Monday, I was called to say that it was available for installation on Tuesday. Advanced Appliance was called in after another appliance repair company had come out to my home, botched the job, and then would not return my calls or emails after a month of trying to reach them so that the job could be completed. Advanced Appliance stepped in and corrected the problem in record time. I highly recommend them.

They came out promptly the next day and did a good job.

Not only did he fix the dishwasher quickly, but we had fun talking. The problem was my fault and he didn't make any fun of me.

Ed is very pleasant personality wise, however I had to call him several times, (sometimes leaving messages, sometimes not) before I got the job done. He ended up charging me nearly 60% more than his estimate for the job. $176 seems a little steep to replace an ignition switch on a stove top. I was a little put off by that, but had to have the job done and didn't have time to start all over again with a new contractor. Sorry Ed. Would liked to rated you better.

The repairman was prompt(actually early), knowledgable and completed the repair quickly. The initial call wasvery informative, and let me know my options.

I explained the problem to the technician and he idendified the problem and made the repairs in about 30 minutes.
