I left a message. I got a return call within the hour. The appraisal was scheduled for the next day. He called to say he was 20 minutes behind but on his way. He came, did the appraisal and I got my written copy within 10 days!

Quick response and very professional. The report was detailed and professional. During the visit he told me it would be one week to send me a report. However, it took 2 weeks. If you have time, this is a great company. If you are in a hurry, don't use them. My previous appraisal took less than 3 days.

When I called, I told them that I needed the appraisal in my hands by the following Friday. The appraiser said that would not be a problem. So I asked them to do the appraisal. However, I didn't actually receive it until the Monday after I needed it...and that was only after multiple text messages and phone calls.
