Please note that appraisals for lending purposes "federally related transactions" are required to be ordered directly from the lender or bank. please call for any questions.

I was contacted by text and email after I submitted my request to HomeAdvisor. John B. Shattuck from Advanced Appraising, LTD called me soon afterwards to discuss a day and time to accommodate my schedule and my tenants. He arrived at the agreed upon time, performed the inspection/appraisal with no adverse affect on the tenants. The details prepared in the report exceeded what I expected. John took my first call at 7am on Saturday. Set up an appointment. Called to say he d be 10 minutes late. Did the appraisal. Talked me through the process. Got me the results in 2 days. Called to explain the appraisal. Said I could call anytime with questions. I would recommend him to anyone. Oh, and he was very friendly.
