The mold in my bathroom was too small of a project for Mike. Instead of overcharging me to make it worth his while or just turning around and leaving he stayed and spent the time to explain to me what was going on and how I could remedy it myself. He wouldnâ  t take any money for his time or advice. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and fairness. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Contact Advanced Bio Cleaning FIRST. You will not get a better consult and estimate than Advanced Bio. There was mold in [dirt] cellar due to the house being closed up for a few years. It was bad! Mold was literally hanging from the beams like spider webs. Michael and Suzy are really nice people and Michael explains things very well. Very important to me was that my 2 dogs would be safe and treated kindly (they can be pesky sometimes). One dog is very wary of strangers. Both dogs took to Michael right away! After the work was done I did not even recognize my cellar - wow! So clean! The solutions used even had a pleasant clean smell. Sometimes hard to connect with because he is so busy, but as the saying goes. If you want to get something done, ask a busy person!

Michael came out quickly to assess my basement. He explained the process of removing the mold. He did the work, plus a little more, and kept his quote the same. Sometimes it was hard to get a response to an email, but overall very happy with the end result.

I had black mold in my fridge from letting it sit empty(broke down).Mike came to clean the places i could not get into. He took the time to explain to me about black mold. He is a very nice guy and i highly recommend him.

We were concerned about mold that had been getting worse over time on our bathroom ceiling and went through Angie s List to find a company that performed this type of work. We reached out to Bio-Cleaning, LLC after reading their positive reviews. After emailing around 7pm at night, we received a response almost immediately and had an appointment scheduled in the evening later that week, which worked for our schedules perfectly. On the evening of the appointment, Mike was running a little bit behind and we received a call well ahead of time with the heads up. When Mike arrived he did a thorough walk through and explained how the mold issue we had was something that actually not as bad as we thought and could be treated by myself rather than hiring them to do the work. Mike offered step by step instructions. He also offered preventative measures so it would not happen again. Mike was fantastic. We were not charged for the visit or the advice. He even drove over an hour, one way to our home. This company is as ethical a company as I have seen and Mike is an expert in his field. We couldn t be happier with their service from start to finish and would definitely hire and trust them in the future for any work needed.

Mike was very thorough during the free inspection/estimate. He took the time to explain his background and what the issues were and how he would remedy them. I received several different quotes and Mike's was by far the best. Great service before, during, and after project.

We had a little problem getting our dates to coordinate but when we did things moved quickly. The work was beyond my expectations. Scott was great to work with and he was such a fun guy to talk with. I don't plan to flood my basement again but if I did I know exactly who I would call!!!

Mr. Scott called me within an hour of placing the request for information with Home Advisor. I had an indoor air quality test that showed some toxic mold in my basement. Mr. Scott came out to my house that same day and gave the house a good examination. Several days later he gave me an estimate for remediation - removal of affected flooring, etc, surface treatments and HEPA air scrubbers. Advanced Bio-Cleaning was less expensive by far than others, and he did a great job in a timely fashion! Highly recommended!
