Before bringing my laptop in, I spoke with the owner over the phone and he asked me to bring my laptop in so he could look at the problem. I brought it in the next day and Matt, the owner, spent some time looking at the problem and working on it. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair and Matt was honest enough to tell me that, even if it could be repaired, the repairs would be so costly that it would be less expensive to buy a new laptop. The final cost for his time was extremely reasonable and I sincerely appreciated it, as I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. This is a family-owned business and everyone that I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. All in all, a very good experience.

The technician who came to the house to diagnose the problem with my computer monitor (I could not determine if the issue was with the monitor or the CPU since the screen would not stay on) was knowable and helpful. I will be calling ACR the next time my computer or my husband's has problems

You solved 2 problems for me. ACR haas been doing work for me for over a year. I had lost their number & was hoping to find someone to replace them. Everything fell into place. They suggested that I do an online service to complete my problems--cheaper! They have done this before. We'll have to see how it goes. Home Advisor does it again! My housekeeper is working out beautifully, too.

My HP All-In-One desktop computer suddenly died, so I took it to ACR to recover data on my hard drive, which they did. Cost was reasonable and they did the work in one day. Great job!

My original review is what happened, but sometimes things don't go right. They didn't in my case but the customer service after the fact was above and beyond satisfactory. The owner of the business called me and listened to what i had to say about my service. He graciously refunded me fully and also was on the internet looking for solutions that might help my situation, even emailed me with a link. Thank you, Matt. The experience was terrible. My problem was that the battery wasn't charging on my laptop. They knew I use my laptop for business and needed it back quickly. They ordered a battery on Wednesday and it didn't get in until Monday. Really? I could have ordered on Amazon and got it sooner. The tech couldn't answer questions about the charging of the new battery or how long it had charged. In my opinion, the battery should have been tested there before it was returned to me. Instead, I had to find out when I plugged it in at home that the same problem existed and wasn't fixed at all. Yes, we did discuss two options and decided to start with the cheapest first, so I did know there was a chance that replacing the battery might not fix it, but they told me it did. I may have had them replace the motherboard if they would have even offered to not charge me for the battery since it wasn't the problem in the first place. I almost walked away when the door was locked and the first person to get there was 10 minutes late. I guess I should have.

Christian was very good from ACR Solutions, cleaned up computer and helped assist with her resume.

ACR did an outstanding job running multiple runs of Cat5e for some home network wiring. They also quoted me on installing some ceiling flush speakers and relocating my sub-woofer. I decided to do it all to make a cleaner look. They did terrific work. I had about 4-5 people and it took all day, but they did not doddle, and I am very happy with the results. I took a half point off the quality because they were short one wall plate for my network connections and had to come back on another day to complete the final work. I would definitely use them again and am very impressed by their workmanship and hard work. The work was a little pricey, but honestly about the same as others quoting the same job.

ACR was quick to show up after the initial call. They scheduled the project the following day. ACR was professional and did a great job installing some tele/comm in my new business.

A good company arrived 15 minutes early knew how to determine and resolve the problem. All work was explained as it was being done.

As a non-technical person, I needed help setting up a personal computer and wireless printer for home use and an very happy with the service provided. The technician arrived on time, did the set up quickly, answered my questions and explained things in a way that I could understand. The fee was reasonable and well worth it to have the system set up and functioning properly.
