You solved 2 problems for me. ACR haas been doing work for me for over a year. I had lost their number & was hoping to find someone to replace them. Everything fell into place. They suggested that I do an online service to complete my problems--cheaper! They have done this before. We'll have to see how it goes. Home Advisor does it again! My housekeeper is working out beautifully, too.

My HP All-In-One desktop computer suddenly died, so I took it to ACR to recover data on my hard drive, which they did. Cost was reasonable and they did the work in one day. Great job!

Project: Repair, Upgrade or Troubleshoot Computers
My original review is what happened, but sometimes things don't go right. They didn't in my case but the customer service after the fact was above and beyond satisfactory. The owner of the business called me and listened to what i had to say about my service. He graciously refunded me fully and also was on the internet looking for solutions that might help my situation, even emailed me with a link. Thank you, Matt. The experience was terrible. My problem was that the battery wasn't charging on my laptop. They knew I use my laptop for business and needed it back quickly. They ordered a battery on Wednesday and it didn't get in until Monday. Really? I could have ordered on Amazon and got it sooner. The tech couldn't answer questions about the charging of the new battery or how long it had charged. In my opinion, the battery should have been tested there before it was returned to me. Instead, I had to find out when I plugged it in at home that the same problem existed and wasn't fixed at all. Yes, we did discuss two options and decided to start with the cheapest first, so I did know there was a chance that replacing the battery might not fix it, but they told me it did. I may have had them replace the motherboard if they would have even offered to not charge me for the battery since it wasn't the problem in the first place. I almost walked away when the door was locked and the first person to get there was 10 minutes late. I guess I should have.

The Tech. was on time and performed the correct work to fix the problem. He was most helpful with advise to fix my computer as well as fixing my telephone line. I would gladly contact this company again for my repairs.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
