We hired Advanced Concrete LLC to replace my elderly mom?s entire driveway, and their equipment damaged the existing sidewalk and approach in the process. We called repeatedly, but they either wouldn?t return calls or said they?d call back and never did. When we finally reached the owner, Tim Sr., he was shockingly rude - he even swore at me, something I?ve never experienced from a business owner before. Hung up on my face multiple times. They treated us with complete disrespect. The estimator, Marty, was also rude and aggressive on the phone when we first informed them there was damage done to the existing driveway. If you?re considering hiring them, go read the other reviews - it?s the same story again and again. Once the job is done and they're paid, they don?t care about you, offer zero support or empathy, and take no responsibility. Skip this company entirely and hire someone who actually values their customers.

Work was satisfactory & at a good price. The owner Sr. needs to learn how to communicate with customers.
