We had Rick install the garage foundation and ramp initially and that was ok but the floor was not level. Then we had him in stall a rear concrete ramp and side walk from garage to pool enclosure. The ramp cracked when we had a small kubota drive on it and the sidewalk where it meets the pool enclosure is too high and the door struggles to close. It drags. This was expensive to install the ramp and side walk. We asked Rick to fix the cracks and he said he would then he said that it would charge us to redo it. He claims the ramp was not meant to handle the tractor that it was undersized. When we asked him why he would pour an undersized 4 inch ramp in the back of the garage instead of the 6 inches he said we needed for tractors it immediately became everyone else that did the wrong thing and that it was not an error on his part. He was not fixing something that was clearing undersized and as an expert he should of just done it right the first time. We should not have to pay additional money to fix his mistake. We are so disappointed that someone who came so highly recommended did not stand by his work. Please do not use him unless you are will to deal with the fact that if anything goes wrong he will not fix it without it costing you more. Factor in the more money did if you do business with him.

Advanced Concrete did an awesome job constructing a 2nd driveway at my residence. When I called for an estimate, he was there on time, discussed some options and provided me with an estimate within 24 hours. After choosing Advance, Rick communicated with us every step of the way. We are very pleased with the result and can't say enough good things about Rick and his team. Highly recommend the company. We would certainly call them again.

Excellent service - Quality work- Great price Prompt and courteous Highly recommend this company

Owner Rick Wiseman is very knowledgeable and professional. Rick andhis crew did a great job in removing the old driveway and pouring the new one with no problems at all I love the new driveway

This group gives you an up front and honest assessment regarding your concrete project and even offer cost saving solutions to any out of ordinary situations you may have. Great company, easy to talk to!!

They did an OUTSTANDING job on the back patio. They were in and out and the job looks amazing

I had a wonderful experience with the entire team. I received my initial bid for paving my driveway within hours of making the request; they had the job completed in less than a week later. Their rates are very competitive and the work was excellent. I'm going to use them for additional projects and have been recommending them to friends.

Great people to work with. Excellent service! Would recommend using them.

Did excellent work at a fair price.

We are so impressed with this company. They really did a wonderful job on our patio extension. When they came out for the initial estimate, I told them my budget and timeframe they made it happen. They did EXACTLY what we wanted. They worked hard in this summer heat too! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Advanced workers were great and so considerate. However the delivery truck driver completely irritated us when he cleaned his chute right over our dirt pile. We planned to use that dirt to level out some low spots in the yard. With the rocks in it we had to sift them out first. Took us days to sift out his rocks and use our dirt. If you ever hire a concrete company and want the dirt, please be sure to specify such to the driver.....lesson learned!

Ricky and his crew were, prompt, courteous and professional. They a young upstart company but have years of experience and I am glad I gave them the opportunity to earn my business.

Ricky and his guys were great. They got us on schedule quickly, did a great job and were very courteous. I would use them again .

They were fast to respond with a personal visit and a fair quote. They did the work within the next two days. Great people,

Rick and his team got my driveway done promptly, and never made me feel their quality of work was in question. I wanted the project done as soon as possible and even with short notice, Rick and his team came and they still exceeded my expectations. Very professional, trustworthy and communicated efficiently as I was always aware of all phases. I highly recommend Advance Concrete Services of North Florida for their services and will definitely use them again in the future.
