I am extremely pleased with the superior services received from Advanced Drains and Plumbing Repairs. I needed a quote on a Sewer Line replacement 'pronto' as my Basement Waterproofing Contractor explained that the sewer line had to be removed because it was in the way, and then replaced. With the unexpected expense staring me in the face, I was grateful for a reccomendation given to me by a friend, who told me about Advanced Drains and their reasonable pricing. 'Craig', the owner, came out that same afternoon from Advanced and provided me with my 1st and best quote right 'on-site'; in 'advance' (no pun intended) of 2 others that trickled in over the course of the next few days. The office staff is congenial and helpful and were able to answer my questions in short order. I highly recommend Advanced Drains and Plumbing Repairs for ALL of your plumbing needs. As a former Subcontract Administrator for The Boeing Company, I inow a good company when I see one! The company owner is fair, trustworthy and reasonable, all of which are traits difficult to find these days and makes this company worthy of your business. Install went very well. The two men were professional and helpful.

The plumbers came out the same day I called and assessed the problem. They needed to replace the broken shower stem. They located the part the next day, and returned to install the new part. The plumbers were courteous, thorough and efficient while performing their job. I was very happy with their finished job.

If needed in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Keep up the good work Alexis and Damon.
