He was prompt and when he got into the work there were more problems than expected. We discussed/negotiated a new price. The outlet that was being tapped off of for the outside outlet was not properly mounted when it the original electrician installed it so he needed to move it over and mount it properly which he did. I was left with the impression that the dry wall would fit in the hole being left where he had moved it from but it didn't. I had said that we would finish the work believing that the dry wall would be mounted prior to him leaving. He was under the impression that it was going to be fixed by us. I had more than one job going on at the time when he was there and I really didn't get to talk with him before he left. The rest of his work was very well done and professional.

The electrician came on time and took care of the broken outlet within 15 minutes. I was shocked at the $120 charge!

I requested the service on home advisor and within 2 minutes I received a call from Terry. He came to the property within an hour as we agreed. Very pleasant man....took care of the issues and was on his way. Definitely would use his service again.
