AES Elevator

Do not use this company. I paid an $800 deposit to replace what they diagnosed as a surge protector. After a lengthy wait for a part, they attended and then left saying the circuit board was the problem. They left and failed to return. I contacted them multiple times, they failed to return any calls until I left a message threatening legal action. A young man called Hector then phoned back and later attended. Stated he was unable to diagnose the problem and it may be a wiring problem. Never heard from them again. If this rating form allowed a zero rating, that is what I would have given them.

I hired David to install a elevator, gave him a down payment, he told me it would take approximately 6 weeks to build, I called David, he scheduled date for install, no one showed up, I called again, gave me another date to install on11/16/2020, did not show again, now I can a hold of David and I have tried numerous of times

even though it was a little pricey, these people were willing to take a step down from elevators to fix my stairlift. I bought it direct so no one would repair it although it was perfectly installed. I appreciate them so much and they were fast, efficient, and professional. i

curteous, knowledgable, did repairs satisfactorily .

I was doing a remodel. He came by and said things looked good and he would come back when the remodel is done. I paid him in full. I have called and texted with no reply

David had answered back quickly when I 1st booked the appointment. Very concerning and professional towards my request to have our out of service chair lift at our house repaired. He was prompt, on time to the house, which we live towards Katy. Super nice guy who went straight to work and quickly found the problem. Charged what they paid for the parts, not up charges like most companies do !! Got us up and running and at a very reasonable price. I had been looking around for a long time for technician to fix this thing but one could not be found. Glad that Advanced Elevator Services came up on the radar. They perform all types of services at many different levels. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had foot surgery and the very next day had a problem with my residential elevator. David was at my home within an hour of my call and had the problem fixed quickly.

Incredible customer service. I put my information into the site and was contacted immediately. It was well into the afternoon but David still made time for us at the end of his day the very next day. And he came to Liverpool from downtown. He got everything up and running but the elevator needed to be tweaked about an inch after a heavier trip. He came back out when he said he would and on 4th of July no less. We will never call anyone else. I can't recommend him enough. Anyone with a disability who absolutely needs their elevator understands how crucial reliability is.
