David was very knowledgeable about solar hot water heater. He corrected some things that another company had done when the changed out the controller box. I is very satisfying to have some one that knows these solar hot water heaters. And takes pride in his workman ship. Will call him if I every have any problems again.

You can get better, but you can't pay more. Promised a lot by said company/individual and did not receive anything close to expectation. As a matter of fact I (the home owner) did more to complete this job than the contractor. I.E., removal of old tank and unpacking installing new tank in position. Was given excuses and delays until I informed the contactor it would be completed that day. I can not and will not recommend this company to anyone. Grossly overcharged for services rendered.

Prompt on coming to commit for the job. Charges to give an estimate, as a service call. Very personable and knowledgeable about working on AET units. He opened the unit, he explained that the unit installed was not one from the original manufacturer by the previous contractor. He removed the parts, leaving the unit exposed to the elements, and promised to be back to finish the job within a week. He assured me that the box should not be covered. Sadly he never returned and has stopped answering calls. I had another contractor come on April 4, 2020, who explained that the exposed unit has caused such deterioration of the unit that I will have to buy a whole new unit. I dislike having to report this but do not wish such difficulty for others.

David is really great. Very thorough. He s very knowledgeable and helpful. I gave him 4 stars only because he can be really hard to get in touch with. I m using the number he gave me, but I still am unable to reach him...and we still have cold water. I m not sure if there is a better way to contact him than through home advisor?

Quick response, quick appt. Dave is very pleasant and took time to look at our entire system , and patiently explain the issues. We have not yet received repair plan or actual cost yet, estimates seem a little higher than other quotes, but then again 1st repair group we had out were rip off artists

Installed new solar water heater absorber plate for me, and did a great job on a failed and leaking AET panel. I saved money by just replacing the internal plate instead of just the whole unit! Dave was the most reasonable, and did I a great job!
