An Energy Audit reveals how and where energy is wasted, and methods for reducing energy waste and overall energy consumption. Much of the energy that the United States purchases comes from non-American companies and governments. An Energy Audit can provide ways to reduce energy, thereby reducing our dependence on non-American companies and governments. Less energy consumption is obviously good for the environment. And lower energy consumption means lower energy costs.
