The guys who came to do the work certainly did a great job! We LOVE our deck!

very courteous. explained everything well. rain halted the start of the project. windows were ordered and siding was ordered. gave us good quality for a fair price.

The work has not started yet, so I can't complete the survey,but I must say that Mike Lawton, their man that sets up their contracts does not return phone calls or email messages

We've signed on but the installation is not yet done to give you and assessment on their performance. Will rate when completed.

They have not started or finished but have been hired to complete the project. Have You read my comments. Your comments tell me you have not. Your questionaire assumes the project has been completed. It has not at no fault to the contractor! Will review when completed.

After receiving my deposit, Advanced Exterior Systems missed two appointments for follow up measuring, calling only about 30 minutes in advance to say they could not make it. When they finally installed the windows, they sent installers who did not speak English, and installed the casements with the openings backwards, despite the fact that the salesman, Dave Hada, had discussed the proper placement with me twice, and even drew a picture on his first visit to my home. Also, one of the casements has a piece of hardware that is detached from the window. They have not returned repeated telephone calls. When I finally reached a human voice this morning, Oct 26 at 9:35 AM and asked for a cusomer service person, I was told they don't work on Saturdays. I commented that they also don't return calls during the week. She said "It's not my job to do customer service" then she hung up on me. I will be filing complaints with Service Magic, the BBB, and my credit card company as I am not at all satisfied with the sloppy installation work and lack of willingness to follow up and resolve the issue.

Advanced Exteriors was the highest bid, but they were also the only one that understood what I wanted.I love my deck and so do all my neighbors.And when or if I put a sunroom onthe deck, I know that it will be on a solid foundation.

Installed 16 windows and patio doors in one day! Good job. Left broken glass outside house. Last window was back ordered and if I hadn't called several times I probably would still be waiting.
