The roofer Mike recommended mushroom vents to replace our existing whirlybird vents. They came out within the week and Chad did a great job. No more leaks.

I am pleased with the quality, care and follow up that Advanced Exteriors provided for the work they did on my two properties after the hail storm last year. The storm damaged my roofs, gutters and other areas of the properties. I believe in supporting local businesses and by using an established company from Colorado I know there will be someone I can contact for any need or concern. My rep Andrew Graves was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my concerns, always followed up quickly and took care of it all! He and the company worked directly with my insurance company, which made everything easier. After the jobs were completed they sent their own quality control person to inspect the work. Chris found a few issues that didn’t meet his standards and had them corrected. These were things I wouldn’t have even been aware of. It did take a while for the jobs to be completed since this storm was catastrophic. So many properties were damaged and everyone needed repair at the same time, along with a few weather delays. In all, I feel that Advanced Exteriors is honest and dedicated to providing quality work to their customers. I would use them again!

We were grateful to find a company to do a small exterior job for us. They were efficient and well priced. So glad to have found them through home advisor!

Robert Krouse called ahead to let me know he was on his way to the property. He examined the roof of one of my client's and explained his findings saying that some repairs might be necessary but that the roof had at lease 10 more years of life and he provided a 5-year certification. He was professional and knowledgeable. I will always call Robert first for any roofing repairs and replacements.

He did what I asked and did not try to get me to replace the entire roof.

The people at Advanced Exteriors are great! They gave us a quote, worked with my insurance company for proper payment amounts, GOT A PERMIT, came out and completely re-sheathed the roof with new wood, installed high quality shingles & edging cleaned up, inspected the roof for quality THEN, set a ladder up for the city building inspector to look the job over! AND, they discovered a problem with some of the vents on my house and corrected those! They went over and above to "MAKE IT RIGHT! Incredible service rarely received from companies in the sector! Well done Brendan!

As background I lived in AZ for 30 years and had no experience with hail damage to a home. I was absolutely ignorant of the fact that my insurance company would cover the repairs to my roof, let alone anything else. When I learned that was true I had to choose a contractor in a new city, so I knew nothing of reputation. As I have extensive building & remodeling experience I knew it was of utmost importance, so that's when I turn to Google reviews! Advanced Exteriors seemed to have the broadest coverage of contractors, and out of all those from several companies I contacted they responded quick

Bill Davis came out right away and gave me options as to which way I would like to procede with my roof repair. He also had a very good eye and noticed all the hail damage I had on my deck which I was working on. Even though it was only a small repair he treated it with concern and care and repaired it right away.

We were under contract to sell our house with less than a week to get the roof replaced and inspected. AE gave us the best bid and went above and beyond to be sure that it was done correctly and on time. They didn't cut any corners, replacing flashing around our skylight that was botched in a prior repair by another company. The job foreman even waited for the county inspector to be sure that it passed same day, and project manager Robert Crouse hand delivered the inspection report in time for our closing. There was one small miscommunication, otherwise very dependable. Highly recommended.

Great people to work with (other than their accounting department). Project Manager Mark Cyboron was excellent. AE was not the lowest bid; but found and fixed another problem that other roofing companies did not plan to address. Roofing crew worked very well together to complete the project in a day and did a good job of clean-up.

Ripped 2 holes in our cabana top while doing the work & will not replace, the furnace stack cover was not replaced, as well as they left a piece of the house siding unattached.

Our project manager Andrew Graves delivered what was promised. The company was professional and provided an outstanding product. I have already referred them to others.

Sales rep Bill Davis was very thorough and professional. Work was completed per schedule and price. Clean-up was good, but not excellent. Keeping me informed about ongoing process re. city inspection and contractor inspection could have been better.

Great value and got job done quickly

My only complaint about these guys was that due to the rain in July their scheduling was tight and we didn't get much warning when they were coming out to start. They did partial siding on a 10 unit townhouse complex for me. Other than that great work at a great price.

Ty was knowlegable and helpful when providing advice on my project. No work has been completed as of yet as I am waiting on the insurance company.

Advanced Exteriors did agreat job on my garage roof.

They did an excellent job-very good company to work with.

Took a lot longer to get the roof on than originally promised. Did not pass first inspection by county but they returned and corrected the problem.

The quality of work was good. Eli was very responsive to my concerns. Communication and scheduling with the solar company was dicey. But I have a wonderful new roof.
