Hired him to come back and do my floors too. He gave extra care, communicated, helped with dog poop too!My hardwood floor ceramic too. At least four carpets taken out offsite then returned clean.

Dave and his assistant, Vince were on time and thorough. Dave noticed a few paint spots and was courteous in asking me if I'd be ok with him using a solvent product to clean them because the smell would be strong. I am happy with the results.

The company was very professional and personable without being overly chatty. They were available earlier then originally scheduled Which worked perfect into my day. I was unable to move furniture or vacuum prior to their arrival; they were able to do both without overcharging for the services. I highly recommend their service.

Dave & Jeff were prompt, personable & professional. The quality of their work was exceptional and much less than the cost of the "brand names" carpet cleaners I have used in the past. Dave did an excellent job. My main concern was pet stains and high traffic areas. He managed to get stains out and carpets look brand new. He explained process and Im very happy with the service he provided.

"I was also disappointed in the results but that's why we can't guarantee results we only guarantee that you will be satisfied in our effort. This customer was informed of his chances of getting his carpet to a acceptable condition and it was his decision to go forward with the project. I spent hours pretreating each stain scrubbing each stain retreating and rescrubbing many stains steam cleaning all the carpet I wish I could post pictures along with my comments if you are interested please contact me and I will share the pictures with you"

Hired them to clean several rooms of carpet and and tile floor in bathroom. They did an excellent job. Very courteous and friendly. Would definitely hire hem again.

They showed up early .. called when they were on there way .. gotta love that. They were very friendly and got straight to work. They removed every stain in our light carpet, removed all cat and smoke odors from the house and left my carpet looking brand new. I like the fact that they moved the couches and tables to wash under them too, no extra cost.
