Advanced Furniture Repair

We hired Garry to repair and paint our parent's dining room set. Garry took extra care to make the needed repair for each piece. He did an amazing job painting the entire set and reupholstering the chairs. We would highly recommend Garry.

Exceptional, good p/r and will hire for future projects

I contacted several local furniture repair/refinishing businesses. Garry was the only one who was reasonable and able to remove stains and refinish our dining room table before the holidays. The table looks better than when we bought it, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs refinishing work done. He also repaired a dining room chair that was loose from my husband leaning back on it over time and added extra bolts to our other dining room chairs to help prevent the issue in the future. Having contacted several other businesses for quotes and estimated turnaround time, Garry is by far the best option. He had our table back in 2 weeks time. Thanks Garry!

I was extremely happy with Garry! He upholstered my dining room chairs adding solid plywood. The manufacturer had left a hole in the middle of the chairs , causing you to sink down in. They came out beautiful. I also had Garry refinish the top of the matching table and it looks gorgeous! I highly recommend Garry's service!

Not only did Gary do a wonderful job on my antique tables but he and his son Kyle bid on my home restoration project which was caused by an ice dam this winter. They have replaced my hard wood floor, wall board, bathroom tile, etc. in a timely and reasonable manner. I highly recmmend them.

The repair/refinish was beautifully done, and the stain on the hardwood was a excellent match. My tables looked like new again! Gary quickly responded to my initial contact, provided a written price quote, and completed the work within the quoted time frame. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again for future needs.

When we got the furniture back it looked beautiful but reeked of cigarette smoke. We tried several products to get the smell out and even left the furniture outside for a day - nothing worked. Now several months later the furniture still reeks of cigarette smoke. The paint he used in now beginning to peel and the new handles are falling off the bureau. Lastly, the furniture refinish was supposed to take six weeks - took four months!

Arrived on time on the day he said he would. He was professional, worked quickly, and did a great job with my furniture. I am happy with his repairs and the service.

I used Gary on two seperate projects. I had an old furniture set. It was Rockport maple. The job he did was Fantastic. I also had him strip and finish and old chair that belonged to my wifes mother. God it came out sweet. If you need old furniture fixed,GARY is the MAN.

Great service, great quality.

Excellent workmanship, a perfectionist. I am completely satisfied with the work done on our coffee table, the work exceeded our expectations. The only issue- was when I dropped the coffee table off, I was told the job would take a week to a week and a half to be completed, it took 3 weeks. Advanced Furniture did not offer to pick up or drop off the table, I had to take it to him.

I thought I would have to purchase a new couch but Gary came out and fixed the old one. Hopefully it will last for a couple of years

Gary really seemed to know what he was talking about with regard to his profession and expertise. We were impressed with the fact that he came to our home to pick up the furniture we wanted work on..... And we further appreciated that he was willing to walk through the rest if our home as we asked questions about other possible projects..... We have found the right person for the job and our extended family has decided the he is our "family furniture repair professional".... Now just to find a handyman for the other jobs we have that will have the same quality of workmanship!
