Let me just say that Erik Shay is the truth. Yesterday the chain ⛓️ jumped off the gear that allows my garage door go up and down. When I spoke to Erik, I explained what happened and sent him a picture of the gear. He informed me that shouldn't have happened and the gear was either bent or broke. He also told me the gear ⚙️ looked to be in bad shape. Sure enough, it was broke just as he said, so he came by to do an assessment, measure my garage door and give me an estimate. He showed up earlier than we scheduled and provided me with a quote. They'll be here in the morning to replace my motor and for some reason, I'm excited. Thank you Erik for returning my call, knowing your craft so well that you knew what was wrong from a picture and phone call and getting me scheduled so quickly. I really appreciate you due diligence in taking care of your customers.

We had our garage door installed, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. The intallers arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They were courteous, respectful of our home, and clearly very knowledgeable. What really stood out to us was how smoothly everything went-they worked quickly without ever making us feel rushed, and they paid close attention to every detail. Best of all, they took the time to walk us through how everything works and made sure we were comfortable with the system before leaving. That extra attention meant a lot. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional garage door installation. We are beyond satisfied!

Had the best and most professional experience, from the first initial call to the end result (final install). Sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the installers showed up on time and did an amazing job replacing my old door with a newer more efficient one.

Robert and his team are exceptional, I called with a garage door emergency as my spring had broken and I could not lift the 350lb door myself. Robert answered the call right away and was able to be on scene within 30 mintues to repair the door. I think it might’ve taken him longer to drive to my house than it did to fix the door. Fair prices, courteous, and service you really can’t find anywhere else these days. I would not hesitate to call advance garage doors again for any type of repair. A+++ Crew

Very professional, completed in a timely manner and quality work.

The technicians showed up on time and replace my garage door opener. They explained the operation of the door and its features such as the back up battery and the wifi. Very professional had company trucks easily identified. Very satisfied would definitely recommend. I recommend to my friends and they were pleased also.

This company was AMAZING! I asked for recommendations for our neighborhood FB page and everyone told me Advance Garage Doors! They were so professional, and service was great! I sent email late one evening, next morning had a call that someone would come by that next day at lunch to look at it, They came on time, I had a quote that night and the very next day scheduled the replacement door for a few days later. They came exactly as they said they would ( Never happens any where any more!) knew exactly what they were doing, installed it perfectly and cleaned up everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NEEDING THIS SERVICE!

These guys are so professional and service is great. They came out on a Sunday to help get our door closed. They had to come out a few weeks later and so quick response , so helpful and they never charged me. Highly recommend!!!
