Thor answered all my questions during the furnace tune-up. The $89 cost was competitive with other providers of similar quality. Customer service was great and I didnât hear anything that would indicate I couldnât trust their advice. So far Iâd say I would call them for future work.

I think the customer service was really good! I think I could have easily got it done for $100 with a similar level of customer service. There are a lot of coupons out especially this time of the year. I didn't realize that at the time
