The entire process with Gerald was very smooth. They were very good at communicating schedules, were on time, finished their work as promised, and were very Gerlad. I am impressed with their follow-up afterward. Josh (owner) called me directly to see how the project went. Mike, Quality Control Inspector, also stopped by face to face to ensure that I was completely satisfied. They really care about customer satisfaction, and I highly recommend Advanced Home Exterior.

It is always a little scary to look for a new company to do major work on your home. Will they show up? Will they do a good job? Will they clean up after themselves? Geraldi Hoxhallari at first seems a little intense, but he's professional and writes a better more detailed quote than the other companies I requested siding and gutter/downspout quotes from. His crew did a great job, made sure they reached out to Geraldi if I had questions and didn't rush the job. And I had something I wasn't planning on fixing, but the insurance adjuster decided to mark a small hail ding on a window with a sharpie, and Advanced Home Exterior replaced the damaged marked up window facia for no extra charge. I would recommend Advanced Home Exterior for any siding, gutter or roofing work. They didn't work on my roof, but after my recent experience, I would trust them more than a company I hadn't worked with in the past.

The crew was very professional, and thorough in cleaning up during and after the job. The Atlas roof and Lp smart siding is exceptionally nice looking with a great guarantee. Advanced Home exterior will go out of their way to make you happy with your experience, especially Mike their sales rep. Thanks for a great job, I highly recommend Advanced Home Exterior.
