John was very customer service oriented. He arrived when he said to provide us a quote. We received the quote the same day. Once we approved the service, he had his team out to survey what supplies would be needed. He was always communicating and keeping us in the loop. You can not tell that we removed windows. We would highly recommend him and his team for services and would hire him again for other projects.
