I called and within minutes had a return call. Frederick came out to our home and fixed the repair within minutes. Frederick was extremely professional and courteous. I will highly recommend this company. Kept the business card!

Frederick was very professional. We felt comfortable with him in our home, not knowing what the problem was with our a/c. I have 2 babies and the heat was really a problem. During the pandemic, he kept his distance, wore booties, and was able to fix the wiring problem before I had even realized he had started the job. He even called later to make sure the air was working properly. I would definitely recommend Advanced Home Improvement and Repair. We have had so many companies come in and have no regard for our home. It is nice to finally find people you can trust that do great work.

Thermostat Installation and Replacement
I hired contractor to replace the thermostat that ameren supplied, He stated that the thermostat was defective. Our current thermostat worked fine. He took ours off and went to put up the new one and said it was defective. He put my thermostat back on and the thermostat no longer works. We have tried 4 to contact and not responding. UPDATED -3-20-20 he came out and was apologetic and completely fixed my issue.

"Hello: We do our best to excel in customer service and on March 11, 2020 when We found out that you had a defective thermostat that Ameren sent so our tech reinstalled your old thermostat and cycled it twice to make sure it comes on and goes off before leaving and on March 20, 2020 when we receive the first and only call that there was a problem with the furnace and we respond within an hour and stated that One of our Tech would come service it but before arriving we received a call from Howard W that everything was working fine so he cancel the appointment Thanks"
