We had Robert inspect our house before buying and as first time home buyers we thought he was good. We were terribly wrong. He was not thorough at all and missed so many issues that we are having to repair like mold that he missed and foundation work and roofing material that should not have been used to seal a chimney that also caused water damage since it was not properly â fixedâ by previous owners. Do not use him if you want a house inspected thoroughly. Bottom tier work.

Robert was great! He was very fast in getting my inspection done, but also very thorough. He called afterwards to talk with me about his report to make sure I understood everything and had no questions. He also made himself available if I had further questions later. Even better, he even charged me less than he originally quoted because the job was simpler than expected! It's rare to find someone so fair and honest. I recommend him 100%!

Robert was great. He was easy to reach for scheduling a home inspection. He provided a great report and followed up to be sure I didn't have any questions. Mr. Regard is professional and friendly. He arrived ahead of schedule and started immediately. He came prepared and welcomed me to come along during the inspection. He explained what he was looking at and why. He let me know all his concerns and recapped everything at the end of the inspection. He made sure I knew how to access his report .
