As a Certified Master Inspector it is my goal to provide a thorough professional inspection covering all components the property. I take great care to work with you and communicate in the most professional means possible so you understand all inspected areas. I offer residential and commercial property inspections along with Mold Assessments and Indoor Air/Mold testing and sampling. I have been inspecting properties since 2006 and have completed over a 1000 inspections. Inspection/Assessment reports are available to you the same day as the inspection with digital photos and an on-site review. Sample results are available from the lab within 48 hours. Mold sample results are completed by Pro-Lab an AIHA LAP, LLC accredited Environmental Microbiology Laboratory.
