Advanced Home Systems

We have been unfortunate to deal with this Heat and Air company (Advanced Home System) After installing our heat and air, Water started leaking from the system in the attic caused our ceiling to collapse. After some doing his insurance took care of it. But due to their shady work, it happened again in May. Water started coming down from the ceiling through the light fixture that was put in when they supposedly fixed it the first time. Called them and it took them showing up three times and each time telling us it was fixed but it wasn't. We finally had to hire another company to come and fix what they didn't, take the ceiling down and redo it. Hire people to come fix the ceiling and repaint it, take the ceiling fan down and put it back up. In total it cost us 3300.00 dollars to finally fix it. Contacted them to get the money and they stoped responding. Filed with the small claim court and of course they did not show up. Now I was told to hire a processor to serve them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. The court ruled in our favor twice after seeing all the documents and the pictures of the damage. We mainly dealt with Joey. A good talker but absolutely incompetent.

We are so thankful that we found Advanced Home Systems. Joey was very helpful and personable. He was able to replace our AC unit the next day, and for a very reasonable price. He truly saved us from a well known HVAC corporation around here who wanted to charge us an arm and leg. I would recommend Advanced Home Systems to anyone.

Joey has been absolutely terrible to work with. I purchased a new Trane system from him in 2019 and the system has failed too many times to count. Joey has come to my house one or two times out of the *probably* 90 requests I have made, but his usual response is a text stating *reset breaker then wait 10 minutes*. I found out 17 months later that Joey HIMSELF installed a thermostat that was incompatible with the new system that HE installed. Joey had to hire a different company to do a service call to my house since he did not know how/refused to fix it himself. A spectacular individual from a different company immediately fixed the problem with my system that Joey caused. From the time I made the first complaint it took him over a year to actually send somebody out to fix it. If you want to do business with a respectable company, look elsewhere and do not hire Joey. I have gone 6+ months with a freezing cold house in the winter, and probably another 6+ months with my house feeling like the inside of an oven because my AC was not working correctly. WARNING -- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Joey will not honor the labor warranty you pay for, and he will not send you the manufacturers warranty information. I have been trying since 2019 to get Joey to send me the manufacturers warranty registration from Trane but he refuses.

Joey called me within 30 seconds of my Home Advisor request being completed. He was out within a few hours, replaced the contact on my condenser unit, checked the freon, and cleaned the fins in less than an hour. Very happy with the work and the customer service.

There are not enough stars on your rating system to communicate the quality of service I received from Advanced Home Systems. Joey returned my call within minuets and quickly scheduled an appointment. Would definitely recommend this company and will ONLY use Advanced Home Systems in the future.

I got the heater running after another company was having some issues with it. Price was good for the visit, however, the replacement part seemed a little overpriced. Overall very satisfied!

Fast, very honest HVAC company came out in freezing cold and had our heater up and running. Greatly appreciated.

They redid our entire AC system consisting of a troublesome attic unit and a very large outdoor unit. They were able to complete the entire task in one day. The AC is amazing now!

Not a fan. Joey called me quickly and came out the next morning. He cleaned the unit, and indicated the unit was low on refrigerant. He added 1 gallon of refrigerant, and said that should fix the problem. That didn't fix the problem. When I called him back, and told him nothing changed - that the temperature in the house was well over what the thermostat was set at, we set up an appointment for Joey to come back out. Joey didn't come out. He no-showed on me. I called a different company to fix my A/C problem. The technician indicated that my unit was low on refrigerant and added 3 gallons. Finishing up day 2 since the second company came out, and everything works. My house temperature is where I set the thermostat. So, as far as Joey...did Joey come out and charge me $50 for 1 gallon of refrigerant he didn't actually add, in addition to a service call charge? Was that his motivation for the no-show? Possibly. Possibly not.

He not only fixed my issues, but also gave me advice to keep things running smoothly!

This company is amazing. Joe was on time and fixed the air conditioning immediately and the house is cooling now. We will be using him for all our heating and air problems. Pricing is very reasonable and fair.

very impressed with Joey. He accommodated us and came very promptly and fixed it right away. It was just before the 100 degree weather was forecast and it worked perfectly through it. Ps It is my understanding that he doesn't charge extra on weekends for emergencies.

I have not found an ac heat and air contractor I would do repeat business with.

The owner is very easy to work with and understanding of his customers. They'll be the only ones I hire from here on out.
