Was satisfied with cleaning, but not so much the stretching. Although the carpet looks better, I think the furniture should have been moved instead of stretching around the furniture itself.

The workers were very focused on doing a good job and they did.

The workers were very friendly and so was the receptionist, but when I called back and informed her that my couch still smelled and that the couch did not appear to have been cleaned, she said she would let her boss know and call me back later. I'm still waiting for a call and my couch still stinks. But they did do a good job cleaning my small chair though.

They came at the scheduled time and did a professional job of stretching the carpet.

Jesse was very timely. He said he'd be there by 8 am and was actually there by 7:50. Friendly, courteous service. Excellent workmanship. He even offered to help me move the furniture back to its original place even though he had another job to go to. If I need work of this sort again (carpet reattachment) I will most likely give him a call. I very much would recommend him to friends.

I requested that the man who was coming to give me an estimate would show me ID. The lady in the office stated that wouldn't be a problem. When the gentleman showed up I requested ID and he looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. I asked him he he had any ID and he said no and showed me the patch on his shirt. Anyone could have a shirt and I wasn't really happy my request wasn't honored when I was told it would be.

These guys did a great job. The timeframe of expected finish was a little later but overall very satisfied with the work.

They did their job, BUT I was quoted over the phone $0.30 per sq. ft. to clean carpet. When they arrived they measured and gave my wife total price and we agreed. When I got home I saw the invoice she paid and they charged us $0.40 a sq. ft. and a $10 fuel charge. I called them and questioned and their response was "we always charge $10 fuel charge" and "its always $0,40 per sq. ft. if their is furniture in rooms". I responded to Manger, I told you we were leaving all the big furniture in place and to go around it and also that I was never told about a fuel surcharge. He said he would look at invoice and call me right back. He never called back. Its not the money, but the dishonesty and shrewd business practice that I don't appreciate and no call back to rectify. Secondly their measurements came up to 935 sq. ft. for the 4 bedrooms and closets which they charged for and closets didn't all get done. The actual sq. ft. of the 4 bedrooms/closets is 765 sq. ft. There are other companies in our area that I am sure do not do this.
