Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install
I hire Jack Spell to re-tile 1,800 sq feet. We gave him $6,000 to start. He told me he was bringing in 4 people and he brought only one. He delayed the start date by 5 days and worked a one day and then took 2 days off. We are on a timeline to be done by the 9th. Then he wanted another 1/3 down and we declined since he had not laid a single piece of tile. But he Guarenteed to get it done by the 9th so we gave him another $4,400. Then he stated that he could not get it done on time so I told him to bring in another guy and I would pay him. He never got one and decided not to come back the job is not done and he has $10,400 of my money

He asked for 30% down left and never came back. So stole my money and never returned. He is a complete crook!
