Comments: Tom established contact with this homeowner almost immediately. He has excellent organizational and time management skills. He serviced my gas fireplace within 24 hours of initial contact. He has ten years experience and he knows his stuff! He is personable, well-groomed, honest and professional. He was able to re-synchronize my remote control and transmitter so I did not need to replace them. My gas fireplace is operating perfectly! His rates are more than reasonable! Pre-Fabricated Fireplace Unit (Gas) Repair
It is hard to find people who do this kind of work first of all. Was pleased to find someone local. Tom arrived around the agreed time. Went right to work. Asked a few questions. My pilot was out, and the blower was not working properly. After a few adjustments , he had everything cleaned and working in 45 minutes. Am very happy, as it took quite a while to find help.

I was at a condo complex and had a gas fireplace and did not know who to call and was given his name. The thing had never worked and he came out and got it fixed. He was very efficient and courteous - very happy with his work.
