Prompt. Curteous and quick. They had the job done in no time. Difference in the house temperature was immediately noticable.

I made the mistake of paying the full amount before the job was complete. The removal of the old insulation went quickly but was not very thorough. The house was left dirty with the old insulation trailed throughout the house to the exits. The install was agreed upon being done by certain date. The date came and went because of other customers needs, not the customer that already paid obviously. Overall the job was done and I received the product I ordered, but I would not hire this company again.

Tom and his crew arrived as scheduled to spray foam insulation on the underside of my metal roof and did a great job from start to finish. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Everyone had a great attitude and wanted to get the job done to my satisfaction. There was more setup work required than Tom anticipated but there were no complaints about it. The weather was horrible but they cheerfully worked right through it. I heartily recommend hiring Advanced Insulation for your insulation needs.

After contacting several companies, (both major and local), to come out for an attic insulation quote, it was learned I had a very tight attic. The limited access it offered forced both the majors and one local to decline. Advanced Insulation gave me not one but two quotes based on different levels of insulation. They went even further and broke down those quotes with cost of the house area and cost of the garage area. The price was very fair and the work was top notch. The installers arrived on schedule and finished on schedule, with all rebate and tax forms for energy credits arriving promptly. I'm beyond pleased with Advanced Insulation!

I lwas impressed by Mr. Shoemaker and his crew. After 4 estimates from different people It was refreshing to find a company that told it like it was took the time to tell me the pros and cons of the different products offered and allowed me to make an informed choice. I was also impressed by their expertise and honesty and reasonable rates. It is an honest company! Rare in todays's world.

I could not have ask for a better experience. Tom and Beth both were great. His staff did their job quickly and efficiently. Clean up aterwards was a little shotty but overall every thing was great.

The entire job can be summarized with the following word: Professional. Tom's recommendations were perfect for the space and my budget. The work performed was quick and efficient. They even cleaned up and swept the floor after the work was done. I had about 15'' of cellulose insulation laid down in my attic as well as had a thermal barrier installed against the roof deck. They also installed a solar-powered attic fan - super quiet. I'm already seeing the savings on my energy bill. I highly recommend Advanced Insulation. And heck, a percentage of the money you spend is tax-deductible!

They are scheduled to conduct the job on November 04.

I was really impressed with how quickly Advanced Insulation responded to my request for an estimate and I was able to schedule the work to be done in less than one week. The team was in and out in about two hours and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone was very polite and professional. I have already recommended them to my parents and they are getting the Solar powered attic fan installed this week.

They showed up at the appointed time, did a total inspection of the home, gave me different choices of the types of products that could be used. Didn't try to sell me on products that wouldn't improve my overall cooling and heating situation. Best of all they were $1300 less expensive from the other company that came out to bid the project. Service Magic should take the other company off their list of approved service providers.
