We asked Mike to create a new system that would replace our old "package" that was of mediocre quality, at best. His team designed a customized and personalized home surveillance system for our property, that is easy to utilize and understand, for a very reasonable price. One of the most frustrating factors that I have discovered about surveillance system installers, is that there is a high probability they will not return your calls or that they install a "canned" package system that is of mediocre quality and that they have no interest in servicing after the install. In and out, seems to be mantra of a significant portion of those in this industry. In this industry, the secret to success is high quality equipment, that is tailored to each individual customer, followed up with a long term view of customer service.
