Advanced Integration

We called Andrew Latham to help with problem-solving our television and sound bar. He was prompt, helpful, and actually a great person to get to know! Within a few short minutes Andrew knew how to solve the issues, and even better, how to set us up for more efficient ease and use of our television and remote. This involved two minor parts we did not have, and here’s the truly amazing part of our experience—Andrew actually went to the store around the corner with us (took all of ten minutes) and helped find the exact items. Upon returning, he finished connections and we are totally updated, problems fixed. The other amazing thing—we didn’t go past the hour timeframe we were obligated to pay him for. (He even answered a quick laptop question before he left.) You don’t find many people you feel you can trust who work to help you at this level. We will definitely be calling Andrew Latham when we have any technical issues to solve.

He is extremely personable and does an amazing job in a quick and efficient time!

He spent a lot of time trying to find the phone junction box until he determined there wasn't one and the phone jacks were on a daisy loop or a sequence making it impossible for him to determine where the problem was without opening the wall. He wasn't going to charge us, but we gave him a half hour payment since he drove up from Denver. He was very apologetic for not being able to fix our problem although it wasn't anything he could control.
