Wish I could give them zero stars. Horrible service. They rarely answer phone calls and say they will call you back then donâ t. Guy came out and was 100 dollar fee and wasnâ t sure of the problem, we were not happy with his knowledge and called his boss to troubleshoot it and said it was a 900 dollar fee to fix the problem which appears to be a 260 piece of equipment that was still in fact working when he was there. Doesnâ t make any sense at all. Just felt like we handed him the 100 dollars and was left with unanswered questions and they will not return our calls. So problem is still existing as I write this and we are 100 dollars in the hole.
