Rod was very professional in the way he went about his business of proposing the process and the cost. He explained the deliverables, ie, determining where the energy was being lost. Upon completing the test and visibly showed the areas that we were losing energy, we determined that we needed to do something about it. Rod gave us a proposal of doing the work to prevent the loss of energy. Long story short, we are extremely happy with the test and all the work that he did to prevent us from continuing to lose so much energy. We use propane and our projected savings will be huge.
