Jose gave us really good advise when we were selecting our color and design, he treated our home with respect. I appreciated jose passion for what he does it showed threw in our finish results of our project. Thank you advanced mobile tile for your commitment to service excellent. Your promptness, and hard work got me back into my kitchen in no time.

THE WORST TILE INSTALLATION EVER. Our 5-day job took 2-1/2 months because we gave up trying to have him fix his mistakes. 1. I said *Whatever you do, do NOT use epoxy grout.* Instead, he convinced my husband that he had lots of experience with epoxy and it was the best thing to use in a kitchen. 2. Grout - used two different colors of epoxy grout on our kitchen floor 3. Grout lines are numerous widths and depths 4. Did not use a level because he *eyeballs it*, so the floor is very uneven. 5. Grout is smeared over every tile surface because he *used his gut* instead of following directions and could never clean it off. 6. Promised us this would be our best tile installation. Promised he could clean the grout off the surface of the tiles, even though he was going to work on another job for a week (thus letting the grout fully cure). Could not keep his promises. 7. When we gave up having him try week after week, told him we did not feel we owed him any more money. He said he would give us a 10% discount off the contract. 10% off of a bad job that should have been torn out and redone. We gave up. We paid what he asked and now have to live with it. We do not have another $5000 to try someone else.

Despite few imperfections, your new kitchen floor does look great and will last for a complete lifetime. In the end we did offer to tear everything out and re install entire new kitchen floor due to imperfections one can only notice using magnifying glass, but after few weeks in deciding, you refused our offer. Initially, we did provide $1,800.00 in bonuses out of utmost respect + Contractor discounted prices on all building products including tile + we reduced final price by $500.00, because we both agreed your floor does look great and you said "We can live with it!" We truly wish you would have allowed us to do more!

We were having trouble getting a tile guy out to our house to do a small repair. Jose came out and did a very good job and I was appreciative of his coming out for a small repair. I would recommend him for a big or small job.

Jose, proprietor, responded over a long holiday weekend for an emergency leak. He is a bit of an artist. He is diligent and his work is go high calibre. I did need to in the end actively pursue closure for the project due to a deadline.
