Advanced was recommended to me by a friend who used them several times and I can see why! From the intake to delivery, the customer service was impeccable. Every person I encountered was so kind, supportive and friendly. My move day crew was amazing! I would provide more than five stars if I could.

I have moved a lot over the last 10 years and my last move was excruciating so I decided to hire movers. I used yelp to compare quotes and I experienced kind of weird situation because I also received a quote from another company under the same exact name, then I was going to only do storage but switched to a move and the day before my move or two days before my move the inventory wasn’t accurate. I had to go through it again, so it was pretty annoying, BUT Donna was amazing and extremely patient with me. The people that I dealt with there have been phenomenal from the movers to the admins. I experienced another very annoying situation when they collected at the final destination I was told that it was cash only and that was extremely disappointing because I was never told that through this entire process other than that that’s the only reason why I won’t give it five stars, but the guys were wonderful. There are multiple locations. They were prompt communicative, and friendly! Thank you Julio, Eric and I forgot the last guy I’m so sorry!!

Advanced Moving & Storage were very helpful in a time of need. We were in a time crunch in finding movers and they came through! Tyler was very professional and explained the process and was easily accessible for any questions. They handled and packaged my wife’s furniture with care. I had an amazing experience! Top notch service all around. The office staff were very friendly and reassuring. Then the moving crew were beasts! The finished the job in less time without damaging any furniture!

This company is the worst. I would stay away and be careful who you spend your money with these folks damage the walls and my brand new home they showed up after apparently having a night of drinking. And they submitted documents that have been altered to try to save their sale if you value your property and your hard earned money I would select a vendor that would treat your property more respectfully, especially when the service is not complementary in short find another mover.

My experience was nothing short of amazing! From my first phone call through the actual move, everything was top tier. I worked with Donna who made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the move and pricing. The guys showed up on time, were professional, and worked quickly to get me moved in a timely manner. My furniture was impeccably packed and wrapped. My boxes and other items were well cared for. When we arrived at my new home, I informed the crew that the walls were freshly painted and that there was new carpet. There was not one knick on the wall and they made sure to be mindful of the carpet. They far exceeded my expectations!

Overall good move

The review only allows so many characters... broken tv, little to no compensation after paying them to pack it in their box that I PAID to rent from them. Potentially being compensated half the price of the rental fee for the box! ($9.00 for an $800 tv). It is explained that they will disassemble and reassemble your items. We did NOT have them do that and had even LESS than the initial inventory sheet and they took the entire quoted time, down to the minute. Do not count on these guys to get the job done or for your belongings to arrive safely. They also stare at you and hold your paperwork on the clock until they verify you left them a 5-star review. So, maybe do not believe those on Google either. Go with someone else.

Great team and very helpful

Do Not Use. Scam outfit, lie right to your face then blame you for the worthless work in destroying your personal belongings! Told me because I didnt buy their paper that it was ok to break, throw and ruin my property! Also personal belongings has been stolen and missing. Criminals, drug addicts are the workers along with the cheating, lying owners who are truly trash!!

Booking experience was very smooth

My first moving truck (out of house to storage) was packed to the gills, with a number of things left behind for me to have to move on my own. Only after settling in, I noticed a number of damaged items. It was too late to address directly, but am disappointed in the number of issues found.

Helpful and extra fast

Finished under the allotted time. Was very happy with the clarity of communication from dispatch. The movers were friendly and efficient.

Our experience with Ro's Movers was great! They arrived on time and were ready to work. I highly recommend them.

Came on time and got everything moved in very efficient and timely manor.

Lynn in customer service is extremely helpful. The crew working on the move were hard working and pleasant to deal with. The furniture seemed to be protected fairly well, however because it was delivered to a storage facility, I was unable to inspect each piece due to the wrappings.
