I did my research. Called the best 6 companies. Owen Fagan was the best choice by far. Every phone call was answered by a live person and he was willing to provide me with any information I requested on the contract. He is a very respectful, friendly and competent young man who answered all my questions both before and after the installation took place. I already did the work for you, go directly to Owen. Owen did great work, just a little disorganized but it did not effect the overall job. Bottom line -- would I hire him again and would I recommend him? Yes to both.

Owen was the best! My spring snapped on my garage door at the end of the day and I was literally trapped in my home. He came over and was able to get my car out almost immediately. He then gave me an almost spot-on estimate, which was likely considerably difficult to do given the fact that my garage doors are over 50 years old. He arrived the next day and finished the job beautifully. He was prompt, polite, courteous, and informative every step of the way. Most importantly, he was HONEST about the work I needed done. I love my old house, even if it comes with it's own unique challenges, but those hurdles didn't bother Owen. I now have my lovely, old (albeit apparently very heavy) garage doors back. More importantly, they operate better now than they did when I bought my home. Owen never tried to oversell me (which is saying a lot as we believe that one of my openers/motors might well be from the mid 70s!) In short, he came in on time, on price and was a pleasure to do business with. I will be recommending him to anyone I know that may have garage door issues in the future. Thank you Owen!

Quick to fix my problem and Owen was very knowledgeable

I had them install my new garage door opening system. This one is just to complicated for me. I did install the previous one. They did a very good job, and quickly even though I had started the install. They do not like completing something behind anyone else, and I can understand that. I would recommend this company.

The garage door opener was installed satisfactorily. The job window was a bit delayed. The additional charge for the wireless keypad at the end of the installation was a bit of an unwelcomed surprise. However, my garage door opener was successfully replaced in the end.
