Garage Door Installation and Replacement
I paid John Hensley $25k in 2021 to do my garage doors and he never delivered on goods or services. There is a police case against him and a warrant for his arrest as of today.

They cannot work on electronic gates and I paid $1000 and was quoted $1,500. He never returned to complete work and never returned my calls. I have the receipt and I m still in need of repair and I got lied to! Stay away from this company.

"This gentleman was never lied to. Rollers were replaced on his gate along with circuit board. And i gave him new batteries. We couldn't get a motor for Him in a timely matter because off covid 19. We refunded all his money and let him keep all new parts we have installed and Or repaired thousands of gate operators. We will be taking legal action immediately due to harm of Our reputation. All we wanted was him to acknowledge that we made Transaction right very sad."

Very friendly and professional. John, the owner, did the job. He suggested some things that I would not have thought to even ask about. I didn t need new doors so he replaced the old spring system, replaced door opener and old parts that were worn. Saved me money! Love the final result!

I set appointment day and time, John Hensley was on time. John explained what he was going to install at the price we agreed to. Two hours later the new opener was installed and John explained how the new unit worked.I am very satisfied..I even got a senior citizen discount.

Solid company. John was on time, r&r'd spring for $129 with a lifetime warranty as stayed in the phone. No gimmicks or add on once he was here. Very honest, dependable and cleaned up when done. Amazing to have a contractor that stills knows how to do Service the old fashioned way where happy customers are your best advertising.

Ok my wife ran through Our garage door with her Car knock it completely Out of its home and it Was laying in our driveway. John the technician came out. Straightend door and supported and i kidd you Not theres a few scratches and dings. However the door is quieter know than before.Wow!!!!!
