Attention to detail

The service tech arrived on time as scheduled, he practiced covid precautions during his work. He was friendly, polite and completed the job to "my satisfaction". His work was awesome and done right the first time. The cost was the agreed upon price, I even asked him to do extra work (replace rollers) and he was more than happy to accommodate me. They serviced my garage door (tightened bolts, adjusted chain, checked track system and lubricated the hinges) at no charge part of the service. I will recommending this company to my friends and family. 5 stars work

John and his son came out, on time and took care of issues that I had at a newly purchased house. Corrected the issues and gave me a much improved garage door. Johns a very ammenable person, told me what was needed, and why. This was an important step in getting to know what work was being done, and examined why. Simply, correctly, and not over sold as many would try. A real down home person.

I bought a new garage door for my mother's home and she is extremely pleased. John was extremely courteous, helpful and got it taken care of very quickly.

Wow....could have attempted to take me to the cleaners but they where so honest, and explained I didnâ t need a new door. Instead they recommended they repair it, and save me almost $900 dollars. They will get my business again in the future.

This company basically took my money and didnâ t finish the job. I paid John over a thousand dollars to install an electric shop door operator. After calling several times with no response I finally left a bad review on another wed site. He finally responded and told me he was sick. I believed him and then he convinced me to give him more money because he wanted to upgrade my door. He said he would pay for it but asked if I could help a little. Shame on me I agreed out of kindness and as soon as he got another 500 bucks he was gone again. Do not use this company!

IMy car was stuck in the garage Because door wouldn't go Because Spring was broke. They were at my House in less then 20 minutes. Changed both of springs and serviced my door . Very pleasant and perfessional. Awesome Awesome Service. Would recommend to anyone.

John Hensley is a first rate vendor in my opinion. I only wish all the household vendors and repairman we hire communicated as well. He is also very competent, prompt and professional. He and home advisor really came through for us.
