The person who did the work was knowledgeable. He was efficient. He was polite. He checked the springs for any obvious issues. He told me how old my Lift Master motor was and about how long it could last. He suspected the safety eye sensors were the issue. He replaced them. It *seems* to have fixed the problem. The garage door has worked several times in a row. The cost wasn't bad, but for 15 minutes of work, $160.50 seems a little high. OH well. It's cheaper than having a plumber do the plumbing for a new sink. I should have been a plumber. I'll hire them again if I ever need work done on the garage door, opener, or sensors.

Absolutely customer oriented! The timeliness of installation, customer service, cost etc. were all on point! We called/emailed several garage services and no one contacted us. They reached out immediately, set up an appointment after offering quote over the phone. Came out the same day, on time, explained everything to be done and did extras at no additional cost. I will hire again once parts start to fail due to age.
