They were great until my person Evan stopped calling and showIng up. I had to get another company and they never lived up to what I was getting before it went downhill. I never received a call from anyone at Advaced Pest to advise me for a replacement.

Had a major ant problem and could not take it any more. It now has been 2 years and I still haven't seen an ant or spider. I wish you much success in business

Devin was very knowledgeable about the carpenter ants and sprayed thoroughly inside and outside my home. A few of my items got in the line of spray but overall was very pleased.

I write to very strongly recommend Devin Martin of Advanced Pest Control in Silver Spring, MD. Mr. Martin has an encyclopedic knowledge of pests and pest control. He inspected the unit and tailored treatment to the exact pests that were problematic. He is a consummate professional and a man of integrity and excellent judgment. He was very responsive. He came to inspect and treat the morning after I asked him to do the job, because he could tell that I was extremely upset with these pest issues. He answered all of my questions and offered valuable insight regarding the origins of the pest problems. He volunteered to call me in ten days to make sure that that the pest problem was still under control. His charges were very reasonable given the expertise that he brings to the job. I could not have been more pleased with his extremely careful inspection and treatment. I give Mr. Martin an A+ in careful assessment of the problem, performance, responsiveness, sound judgment, and thoroughness. He is an excellent exterminator whom you can trust to do a very professional job at a reasonable price. I strongly recommend Mr. Martin if you want the job done right the first time

I communicated with a total of 3 people for this project: the lady who answered the phone on my initial query, the guy who called me back to set the appointment, and Devin who came out and did the actual work. All 3 were great. Very courteous and professional, and very easy to talk to. Devin explained everything he was doing - I learned a lot about bees and hornets! He even gave me his personal cell number, which I called the next morning when there were still a few hornets around and he came back (for free) and got rid of them once and for all. Great work and a lot cheaper than the big names.

Fast service provided and the technician was very knowledgeable. However, I am still seeing a few bumblebees in the vicinity of the first infestation and am wondering if the extermination was a complete success.

Well I am a previous Orkin customer for bed bugs,I was outraged in regards to the price that I was told is the "industry standard" but none the less I paid it .....only to find after about 4 or 5 days time the bed bugs were back!!! I have even searched for natural ways to get rid of them and that also did NOT work and finally a friend of mine referred me to this company,and Im impressed thus far BUT I will be back for a follow up review after 4-5 days have elapsed. In continuation of the above rating I am a satisfied customer,I no longer see any live bed bugs! Nor am I being attacked in my own home!!! I highly recommend this company!

Two very polite and well-groomed technicians came out the same day and did the required spraying, then left clear information about how it would work and how long we would be covered for a free re-application if any more pests were spotted. We were glad to get it done so quickly.
